These Masons ironstone vases make a striking statement with a bright orange glaze underneath cobalt, turquoise, and gold details. The vases take the form of temple jars, with alternating panels depicting Chinese figures and white plum blossoms. Heavily gilded fish scale pattern panels complete the bold look.
Dimensions: 12 1/4 in. H with covers x approximately 5 3/4 in. Dm at widest point (31.1 cm H x 14.6 cm Dm)
Condition: Very good. On one vase: crazing to interior and exterior of body. Some pinpricks to glaze in one of the orange panels. Star-shaped hairlines on base, only visible on interior. On the other vase: wear to orange glaze on both figure panels.
