Double Dachshund Dog Pendant Angel Halo Vintage 14k Gold Diamond Animal Jewelry

Finely detailed vintage double Dachshund pendant/brooch crafted in 14k yellow gold (circa 1960s to 1970s).

Diamonds are set into the halos and total an estimated 0.09 carats (estimated at H-I color and VS2-SI2 clarity). Two small approx. 1/2mm rubies are set into the eyes.

The beautifully detailed piece highlights two darling Dachshund doggies in tandem, with diamond set halos. The angelic piece was most likely custom made to honor the beloved pooches. The doggies are beautifully crafted in lifelike detail and weighing 14.4 grams, the piece has a heavier weight feel to the touch. Designed as a brooch, the piece can also be worn as a pendant (a chain can loop through the diamond halo).

The piece is in very good condition and was lightly cleaned and polished.
